To your health: Canned goods can alleviate food shortages (Boulder City Review)

August 26, 2020

Boulder City Review published an article that referenced the results from the Science Magazine journal article, COVID-19 risks to global food security by IFPRI researchers David Laborde, Will Martin, Johan Swinnen, and Rob Vos. Availability, access, utilization, and stability are the four pillars of food security. The study found that food markets and suppliers continue to face ongoing disruptions from labor shortages and food demand shifts due to income losses and school and business shutdowns and slowdowns.
