Samuel Benin

Samuel Benin is the Acting Director for Africa in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit. He conducts research on national strategies and public investment for accelerating food systems transformation in Africa and provides analytical support to the African Union’s CAADP Biennial Review.

Women step forward in push to nurture African climate scientists (Reuters)

Reuters reported on a new program training African scientists to be leaders in their field, with a focus on meeting the needs of women farmers in adapting to a warming climate.
